From that exact closing date and time, buyers receive four full calendar days to research the property and confirm it meets their needs. If it doesn’t, simply submit a written request within four calendar days and receive a 100% refund.

Asset auctions are billed immediately at auction close and all sales are final. In the rare event your item arrives damaged or materially defective, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery and we’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or full refund after verification.
