Land Purchases:
At the conclusion of the auction, the winning bidder’s payment method on file will be charged immediately for the full invoice amount. Buyers are granted four (4) calendar days from the date and time of auction closing to complete their due diligence on the property. If, during the four (4) calendar day due diligence period, the buyer determines that the property does not meet their expectations for any reason, the buyer may submit a written refund request to our customer service team. Upon timely written request within the 4 calendar day period, the buyer will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price. Refund requests must be received before 11:59 PM (Pacific Time) on the fourth calendar day following auction close. After the 4-day due diligence period has expired, all land sales are final and non-refundable.
